The users can access their emails and their Outlook inboxes on their mobile at anytime and anywhere using the mobile app. All that is needed is the data connection on the phone to access the emails. They can also send new messages from their mobile phones. The mobile app has been rebranded as the Outlook mobile app in January 2015.
